Croatian journal of food technology, biotechnology and nutrition
Croatian Society of Food Technologists, Biotechnologists and Nutritionists publish scientific-professional journal entitled as „Croatian Journal of Food Technology, Biotechnology and Nutrition“.
Journal covers areas mentioned in title. Journal is published twice per year as double numbers.
Editor-in-chief of the journal is Professor emeritus, Damir Karlović, Deputies Editor-in-chief are Ph.D. Branko Tripalo, Full Professor and Ph.D. Jadranka Frece, Associate Professor who is also Executive editor. Editorial board is consists of distinguished scientists and professionals from Croatia. Journal also has international editorial board consist of nine scientists from Europe.
As publication issued by Croatian Society of Food Technologists, Biotechnologists and Nutritionists, journal brings facts about activities within committees, branch offices and members of the Society as well. Besides publishing full scientific papers, short articles about news in area, reviews of new books and calendar of events are covered.
Croatian Journal of Food Technology, Biotechnology and Nutrition is financially supported by Ministry of Science, Education and Sports of the Republic of Croatia.
Articles that are submitted in Journal are reviewed by at least two distinguished scientists from specific area.
