Collected Papers of Zagreb Law Faculty

Collected Papers of Zagreb Law Faculty is a scientific journal for legal and social sciences with the longest tradition in Croatia. It was launched in 1948, from 1954 to 1984 it was continually published as a quarterly publication, and since 1985 six numbers a year have been published. It is primarily intended for the academic community, but also for judges, attorneys-at-law and other members of the legal profession. In addition to scientific and professional papers, it publishes translations of documents, reviews and commentaries, chronicle of Zagreb Law Faculty and legal bibliography.
The authors of contributions are teachers and collaborators from Zagreb Law Faculty as well as other Croatian law faculties, but also scientists from other related fields. In recent years, the number of international contributions has increased, which additionally contributes to the quality and significance of the journal.
Contributions published in teh Collected papers are indexed in the following databases: Index to foreign legal periodicals, Drant – Droits antiques, Kriminologija in kazensko pravosodje – CRIM, Scopus and Worldwide Political Science Abstracts.
The journal is published with a partial financial aid from the Ministry of science, education and sports of the Republic of Croatia.
