Abstracts
During drafting projects, which is the responsibility of a project leader, many logistic factors important for project
success are to be concerned. General and professional knowledge of the project participants are of the prime importance as well as overall process of human resources management. During projects drafting, the responsibility of project leader, many important logistics factors are to be concerned. General and professional knowledge of the project participants are of the prime importance, as well as the overall process of human resources management.
In this scientific paper, authors see the importance of business logistics for complex projects management, including team work. Mutual interaction is best seen in the importance of professional importance, human management resources in general, and particularly those involved in project drafting as well ad leader’s competence to govern the team, remove deficiencies in work and so called ”negative participants” so as to successfully bring the project to its end. Basically, project should “pick” positive feedbacks and results in practice. “Swiss School” (Bern’s institute for organization and human resources) says that human resources management requires long – term efficiency. From business logistics’ practice this would certainly enhance the project, its team work, eliminate its negative effects, save time and reduce costs.
