Sažetak

The whey as a byproduct of dairy industry if widely utilized for manufacture of non-alcoholic beverages. These products are accepted by the consumers. Research of manufacture of non-alcoholic beverage based on whey was carried out with addition of mash and clear fruit concentrates, and mash tomato concentrate. Beverage with peach concentrate obtained the highest mark, but the research pointed out feasibility of beverage manufacture with addition of vegetable concentrate.
