The Permanent and the Changeable in Housing

Sažetak

Studies have shown that housing needs change very often. A flat must be designed with a view to the needs of the family and be adaptable so as to comply with the changing lifestyle its members. The most important gauge for flat quality is the satisfaction of its users. Its adaptability to their different needs, which change with time, is probably the most important single criterion of quality and the basis for the contemporary approach to designing flats.
