Sažetak
This paper gives an analysis of the design and construction of the office block for Željpoh (Ferimport) company in Zagreb. The architect Stanko Fabris conceived it as a modern interpolation into the Historicist surroundings of Marshal Tito square. An attempt has been made in this paper to determine how much the existing building differs from the original design and why it has always stirred up considerable controversy among the experts and the general public.
