Architectural Evaluation of Blocks of Flats and Flats used to Accommodate Victims of the Patriotic Defence War

Sažetak
The architectural evaluation of the flat, block of flats and the plot on which they stand covers components important for providing accommodation for war victims: the organisation of the flat and layout of the rooms, building quality and the position of the flat in the block, the value of the flat, and solutions that users find more difficult to accept concerning content, quality and surroundings of the flat. The conclusion is that different builders produced flats of different quality, and the study showed which elements should be improved in the flat, block of flats and plot.
