Sažetak

Increased need for software products, increased prices, delivery times and maintenance items determine the quality process.Just software is no longer considered part of monitoring process, but part of the development and improvement in the development process of firm. There are models for quality management and measurement, one of them is the CMMI.
CMMI model is a systematic and comprehensive description of the maturity of software processes, and as such invaluable assistance and to all organizations that have reached the level of awareness that need to improve their processes, which have reached the level of awareness that need to improve their development process and maintenance applications.
