                <p>U svrhu zaštite javnog zdravlja i osiguranja sigurnosti živih školjkaša namijenjenih prehrani ljudi, putem programa praćenja i plana uzorkovanja, kontroliraju se mikrobiološke vrijednosti mesa i međuljušturne tekućine živih školjkaša vezano uz prekoračenja vrijednosti Escherichia coli koje se u njima mogu javiti na proizvodnim područjima i područjima za ponovno polaganje. Nastavno na navedeno, nadležno tijelo - Ministarstvo poljoprivrede, Uprava nadležna za veterinarstvo i sigurnost hrane ima obvezu izrade sanitarnog pregleda, donošenja godišnjeg Plana praćenja kakvoće mora i školjkaša na proizvodnim područjima i područjima za ponovno polaganje živih školjkaša te određivanja mikrobiološke klasifikacije proizvodnih područja i to kao područje razreda A, razreda B ili razreda C, ovisno o razini utvrđenog mikrobiološkog/fekalnog onečišćenja određenog proizvodnog područja.</p>

                <p>In order to protect public health and ensure the safety of live bivalves intended for human consumption, the values of microbiological parameters of E. coli that may occur in the flesh and intravalvular liquid, at the production level in the production and the relaying areas, are controlled through a monitoring program and a sampling plan. In connection with the aforementioned, the competent authority - the Ministry of Agriculture, the Directorate responsible for veterinary medicine and food safety has the obligation to prepare a sanitary survey, to form and enact the Plan of monitoring the sea and molluscs quality in the production and the relaying areas, as well as of classifying the production and relaying areas from which they authorise the harvesting of live bivalve molluscs as A, B or C class production areas, depending on the level of the faecal contamination/marine pollution</p>

                <p>Zum Schutz der öffentlichen Gesundheit und zur Gewährleistung der Sicherheit von lebenden Muscheln, die für den menschlichen Verzehr bestimmt sind, werden die Werte der mikrobiologischen Parameter von E. coli, die im Fleisch und in der intravalvulären Flüssigkeit auf der Produktionsebene in den Erzeugungs- und Umsetzgebieten auftreten können, durch ein Überwachungsprogramm und einen Probenahmeplan kontrolliert. In diesem Zusammenhang ist die zuständige Behörde - das Landwirtschaftsministerium, die Direktion für Veterinärmedizin und Lebensmittelsicherheit - verpflichtet, eine Hygienestudie zu erstellen, einen Plan zur Überwachung der Meeres- und Muschelqualität in den Erzeugungs- und Umsetzgebieten zu erstellen und in Kraft zu setzen sowie die Erzeugungs- und Umsetzgebiete, in denen die Ernte lebender Muscheln zugelassen wird, je nach dem Grad der fäkalen Verunreinigung/Meeresverschmutzung als Erzeugungsgebiete der Klassen A, B oder C einzustufen.</p>

                <p>Con el fin de proteger la salud pública y garantizar la inocuidad de los bivalvos vivos destinados al consumo humano, a través de un Programa de monitoreo y un plan de muestreo, se controlan los valores microbiológicos de la carne y del líquido intravalvular de los mariscos vivos en relación con la superación de los valores de la E. coli que pueden presentarse en ellos en las áreas de producción y procesamiento. En relación con lo anterior, la autoridad competente - el Ministerio de Agricultura, la oficina encargada de la medicina veterinaria y la inocuidad de los alimentos tiene la obligación de realizar una inspección sanitaria, adoptar un Plan anual de monitoreo de la calidad del mar y los mariscos en las áreas de producción y áreas para la reposición de moluscos vivos, tanto como determinar la clasificación microbiológica de las áreas de producción como clase A, clase B o clase C, dependiendo del nivel de la contaminación microbiológica/fecal determinada de un área de producción específica</p>

                <p>Al fine di tutelare la salute pubblica e garantire la sicurezza dei molluschi bivalvi vivi destinati al consumo umano, attraverso un programma di monitoraggio e un piano di campionamento vengono controllati i valori microbiologici delle carni e del liquido intervalvare dei molluschi bivalvi vivi in relazione al superamento dei valori di E. coli nelle aree di produzione, stabulazione e raccolta. Oltre a quanto sopra, l’autorità competente – ossia il Ministero dell’Agricoltura e, più precisamente, la Direzione responsabile per la medicina veterinaria e la sicurezza alimentare – ha l’obbligo di predisporre ispezioni sanitarie, di adottare un Piano annuale di monitoraggio della qualità del mare e dei molluschi bivalvi nelle zone di produzione e nelle aree per la stabulazione dei molluschi bivalvi vivi e, infine, di determinare la classificazione microbiologica delle aree di produzione come area di classe A, B o C, a seconda del livello di inquinamento microbiologico/fecale accertato in una determinata area di produzione.</p>
