Sažetak

For the purpose of thermal load assessment, physiological measurements were conducted on nine volunteers – employees of a workplace safety company – who were asked to wear two different working clothing systems during certain physical activities. Based on the data obtained during the preparatory phase (body weight, height, systolic pressure, diastolic pressure and heart pulse) and during physical activity (changes in temperature in different parts of the body), a difference in thermal loads, as a result of temperature differences and individual variations in weight, was determined. Thermal load is a combination of the volunteers’ measured body temperature, their performance during the chosen activities and the clothing system they wear.
