Sažetak
The paper discusses rewards as a method of stimulating employees to promote safety in the work process. The rewards system has been proven successful in motivating employees to implement in practise the legislation defining the rights and obligations of all subjects participating in safety matters. A well-ordered safety management system will implement this model to secure optimum working conditions where health and safety of the employees are the priority, with no negative impact on the cost-benefit and productivity of the work process.
