On the possibility of connecting the Velika Gorica waste water system to the Zagreb CWTP

Sažetak
The idea of connecting the Velika Gorica waste water system to the Central Wastewater Treatment Plant in Zagreb (CWTP) is presented and justified. The legal bases enabling realization of this idea are described. The present state of the Velika Gorica system - which is in urgent need of renovation and extension - is presented. Technological and financial aspects of connection to the CWTP are described in greater detail, and an economic viability of the proposed solution is justified by cost analysis.
