THE TYPES OF INCONGRUITY AND PAULOS'S MODEL

Sažetak

In this paper same of the characteristics of Paulos 's model of humor are examined. The part of the joke path on which incongruity resolution is performed is determined in detail. It is suggested to be an interpretation of the movement on the bottom layer on the behavioral surface as well as an interpretation of the jump from the bottom to the top layer. Finally a rough draft of the story path of an incongruity whose resolution doesn't cause a change in excitation was made.
