Sažetak

A methodology for the ensured security of a workstation connected in a computer network with in an organization is presented. A technique for the determination of the required security level for a workstation's tangible and intangible components is described. A set of security measures for each security level of the workstation's tangible and intangible components is selected. The methodology is applied to workstations in the computer network of a Slovenian state agency. The required security levels for the workstation's tangible and intangible components are determined. Two sets of security measures corresponding to security levels determined for both types of the Agency's workstation components are listed.
