Criminal Investigation of Serious Trafflc Accidents that Involve Death, Injuries and Deserting Venue of the Participants

Sažetak
The investigation of traffic accidents with serious consequences in which one of the participants left the venue calls for crime investigation rules appliance, adapted to the professional research of traffic offences. Considering the specificitv of events themselves on the one hand and the lack of literature on the other hand, the guidance and recommendation for investigating these types of events will be determined by studving the examples from the work practices of such events. The work is intended to police officer who investigate such accidents, but also to ali those who evaluate their work on clarifving the circumstances, whether that evaluation is coming from the inside or outside.
