The Maritime (Public) Domain and Established Rights in the Land Registers

Sažetak
On the real estates as detached parts of public domain it is not possible to achieve ownership and other real rights. As things they are not capable of being real right objects. Care of them is undertaken by the public authorities according to special legislation. The real estates usage and exploitation is possible by the concession. The author analyses normative practice of public domain which has been applied to these areas, implementation of this normative in practice, possibility of the public domain registration, concession on the public domain and rights in the land register achieved by the concession. Proposed solution is de lege ferenda.
