Interdisciplinary Nautical Manager Training for Effectiveness of Maritime Shipowner's Business

Qualitative nautical managers (of all levels) are the prerequisite for effective business of maritime shipowner. Regarding numerous specific characteristics of maritime shipowner's business and special knowledge required for the production of maritime-transport service, the introduction of interdisciplinary educated, and especially, trained nautical managers is justified. This discussion brings the specifics of nautical management, describes some fundamental differences in classes of nautical managers, and suggests the trends for their interdisciplinary training.
