Sažetak
Evaluation of the impact of libraries has become an integral part of management and decision-making. In the article, the author discusses library impact on the community and describes two manuals which, in author’s opinion, represent fundamental reading for anyone who wants to research the library impact on the community. The paper explains the basic qualitative research tools that are necessary for the research of the impact of libraries.
