Sažetak
This report focuses on indices of raw milk physical, chemical and microbiological quality in a part of delivery region of "Sirela". Analysis data refer to raw milk samples taken on farms of a group of producers and out of collecting tanks. Results are compared to quality standards valid in Croatia and in some European countries. Quality of analyzed raw milk samples is mostly considerably below standards either ours or foreign. Amelioration of actual situation is in need of systematic effort to improve raw milk quality inevitably including stimulative paying system according to microbiological quality of milk.
