Repeatability coefficients of the milk fat quantity among lactations of the Montafon breed cows

Sažetak

Attending the average daily milk fat quantity production at Montafon breed cows and. high production during normal lactations the author estabilished daily production 353,36 g in I and 533,13 g in IV lactation. The highest repeatability coefficient values existed among V and VI lactation (0,7874 ± 0,0693). Repeatability coefficients values were highes if the differences among lactations were smaller. Because of good conformity of effectuated with expected differences it is possible early to forecast the milk fat production in cow breeds.
