Sažetak

Chemical milk quality is one of essential factors in dairy production. In the area of Ogulin, a study, on milk quality was carried out According to the results of collected data and their statistical analysis quality of analyzed milk samples do not differ from similar results, relating to milk in this area. More consideration is suggested for local fanners' educational programme and especially to the milk control
