Sažetak

Goat's milk samples taken on farms of individual producers in northwest Croatia were, diluted with water and cow's milk up to 15, 17, 20, 25 and 34 vol %. Density, viscosity and electrical conductivity of these model samples were determined. Results were statistically interpreted and linear regression established. Coefficient of correlation and coefficient of determination were very high and standard error of estimate was very low.
