Practical implementation of the building space definition process

Sažetak
All novelties about multi-family housing that are contained in the law on ownership rights and other real rights, in force since 1997, are presented in detail. All dilemmas regarding the notion of the building space definition are described, and the preparation of the building space definition report, with all necessary appendices, is explained. A section of this paper is consecrated to critical analysis of various interpretations as to who is allowed to produce a building space definition report. In conclusion, the authors admit that this field is burdened with many mystifications, despite clear instructions given to this effect by the competent ministry.
