Sažetak
Regarding the atestional investigations of new type of milk refrigerating equipment which was connected with programmed device for it's automatic washing, the cistern type BHZ with 3,000 I capacity, the authors were, besides testing it's technological characteristics, following it's influence on bacteriologic quality of milk. The temperature regim which was reached in milk refrigerating in this cistern fit' into rigorous standards of countries with developed milk industry. Preventing of milk contamination during the milking and it's receiving in effectly cleansed cistern with quick action of low temperature has contributed, tc receive milk with total number of bacteries 35,550 in 1 ml of milk, what pictures bacteriologic quality which should be not only the aim of our but of more developed milk industries too.
