Sažetak

Samples of raw milk, obtained from four milk collecting stations of the Dukat Products Manufacturers - Zagreb, have been investigated with regard to their hygienic quality and composition. In 78 raw milk samples ten relevant parameters indicating the quality of milk have been analyzed (Table 1).
