Speleological Features of "Žumberak – Samoborsko gorje" Nature Park

Sažetak
The paper is the review of current speleological research in the area of "Žumberak-Samoborsko gorje" Nature Park in the NW Croatia. Besides main characteristics of karst morphology and hydrography the author analyses main characteristics of 51 speleological feature (caves and shafts). The author analyses the types of speleological features, morphological types, dimensions (length and depth), hydrological characteristics, hydrogeological role, the types of sediments and the influence of geological composition to the speleomorphology and speleogenesis.
