Sažetak

Unit for data and spatial service operates within Department for information system and consists of two organization units: Section for data and spatial service and Section for archive and conversion of spatial dana. For the purpose of writing the article we have visited the State Geodetic Administration and within practical assignment elaborated one of the works for legalization. In our example we have elaborated the procedure of recording buildings which had been built before 15. February 1968. For the practical assignment we have used Photoscan TD, Zeiss for scanning diapositives, Epson GT-12000 for scanning copies, internal GIS softver for georeferencing and Adobe Photoshop CS3 for arranging photos.
