EXPECTATIONS OF ADULT EDUCATION PARTICIPANTS REGARDING COMPETENCES OF ANDRAGOGUES

Sažetak
The paper "Expectations of adult education participants regarding competences of andragogues" is based on statistical analysis of survey results obtained by collecting opinions, estimates and attitudes and demographic and personal characteristics of adult education participants (factor analysis, chi-square test, analysis of variance). Expectations of representative respondents, persons involved in various verified adult education programs, have been considered. The results of these studies have shown that adult education participants have very high requirements in terms of professional qualifications of andragogues as evidenced by the high-level variables that assess the importance of their work experience, pedagogical and psychological education and individual approach to participants.
