Untreated fracture of the central upper incisor

Sažetak

The authors comment a case of fracture of the tooth root in a 36 years old patient, regarded as unfavourable since located in the cervical part of the root. The patient had not been treated, but the fracture healed and the tooth was again firm and vital, and its colour unchanged. This report confirms statements made by other authors about good outcomes even after unfavourable cervical fractures of the root.
