Sažetak

Subtalar arthroereisis is a valuable tool in the treatment of symptomatic flexible flat
foot in childhood and valuable auxiliary method in the treatment of symptomatic flexible flat
foot in adults where intensive conservative therapy has not relieved pain. In the literature,
there are insufficient data on the long-term results in operated patients in childhood and
adulthood, and its impact on the rest of the musculoskeletal system.
