Sažetak
The author gives a description of a traditional kitchen owned by Anđa Marić from the village of Velić. The kitchen is situated within a complex of rural buildings typical of traditional architecture in Dalmatian inland of the 19th century. What is exceptional here is the way the kitchen itself has been preserved, with all the traditional equipment.
