Sažetak

The authors review three different X-ray mashines (the Orthopantomograph, Panorex and Pano- ramix) for panoramic radiology and describe the basic principles of how these are operated. In the further text they refer to, the fundamental advantages and shortcomings of this X-ray technique which is complementary to the diagnosis in stomatology.
