Sažetak
The article treats various problems of boundaries between new states of former Yugoslavia. International law shows that boundaries are a very important subject in political relationships between states. The disintegration of former Yugoslavia and the international recognition of new states in its territory has opened the questions of boundaries the international community several times clearly defined its position i.e. it laid down the criteria and manner in which these problems should be solved. Croatia accepted the method of resolving matters of external and internal boundaries of the former SFRY according to the priciples of international law. The article shows process, principles and problems of definition and establishing boundary between two republics of ex-Yugoslavia: Croatia and Slovenia.
