Sažetak

The author is aware that the irresponsibility of youth is a current and omnipresent topic of discussion. The article refers to the Lisbon Strategy for 2010, in which three of the eight defined competencies concern accountability. Starting from this fact, the author writes in a lively and provocative manner, posing questions about accountability and irresponsibility. The article concludes with a response to the three questions stated in the title: Accountability: Why? In What Connection? To Whom?
