Sažetak

The author gives a brief summary of the congress "The Preventive System and Human Rights". Educators that are bonded by the same goal and mission can more easily confront the challenges of education. For correct and effecient education a healthy anthropology is required. Using the example of the great educator of the 19th century, St. John Bosco, the author proposes an education which educates a free and conscious person who is also a citizen of the world. The article emphasizes integral education of youth, especially minors by promoting human rights and education for human rights. The author situates his ideas within a wider ecclesial and social context. He mentions pope Benedict XVI who stresses that all people who desire change require light that comes from God.
