Sažetak

The samples of examined raw milk were contaminated with moulds in low and greater extent, respectively. Isolated moulds were classified into 10 genus and 22 species. The most frequently isolated mould was Geotrichum candidum. In the raw milk samples the presence of the aflatoxin was not proved.
