Development and outlooks of the sterilization of milk in Yugoslavia

Sažetak
A brief history of the production of sterile and the transmission to the UHT sterilized milk is given. Since 1966 when the first three plants were established the production of UTH milk reached over 134.000 t a year in 1982. That makes about 19 % of total fluid milk supply.
