Abstracts The solution for the Trogir waterfront starting at the bridge and spreading towards Čiovo until the Kamerlengo tower, is described in the paper. The new waterfront wall, built out of prefabricated lightened concrete elements, has shallow foundations made of rip rap 50 to 150 cm in thickness. Considering the significance of the investment and technical complexity of the project four alternative solutions were prepared, two of which for rehabilitation of the existing waterfront and two for construction of the completely new waterfront. The solution involving construction of the new waterfront was finally adopted.
