Sažetak

Risks are topic that should not be ignored, but with which to be faced in order to increase the likelihood of survival and growth. Although they represent the uncertainty and the negative impact, this work presents a implementation methodology of risk management with FMEA method, and how to analyze and deal with them. The work aims to point out the existence of the need for proper risk management in the organization, and it describes the application of the implementation of FMEA method in general and the company XY.
