Sažetak

Cables and pipes represent objects that are used for certain type of energy transport. They can be placed below and above ground, forming a pipeline network, which are composed of pipes and corresponding objects. One of the components in land surveying
is also detection of the underground communal cables and pipes. The unknown position of underground cables and pipes are usually found by help of the electromagnetic detectors or by diging up. This paper mostly deals with the detection of underground installations done by detector Trimble Spar 300 with GNSS device Trimble GeoXR and Trimble Access terrain field software in the city of Zagreb at the Antun Šoljan street by which is derived three-dimensional positional and height determination and mapping of the underground installation. All in all, the detection of underground installations requires precise measurements, especially in urban areas because of the large number of pipeline networks and quality process of collected data. Based on the collected and official data and in collaboration
with Elektra Zagreb, data analyzes are done, whose results will be presented in this paper.
