Evaluation of bids for the Plan of infrastructure facilities needed for the CUPOVZ construction

Sažetak
The bid evaluation conducted in the scope of international bidding for implementation of the Plan of infrastructure facilities needed to build the Central Waste Water Treatment Plant for the City of Zagreb (CUPOVZ) is presented. Three bid evaluation stages are presented: bid elimination, present value analysis and scoring procedure. The methodology and the procedure for selecting the most favorable bid are explained. It is emphasized that the knowledge gained in the course of this procedure may also be applied on other similar projects.
