Sažetak

The aim of this article is to present the content of the provisions of Agricultural
Land Act from 1991 to 2013 which regulate legal status and disposal of agricultural
land owned by the state. The author analyses the provisions concerning the legal status
of agricultural land, and types of disposal of agricultural land owned by the state
(lease, sealing, lease of long duration, concession) through that period. At the end of
article author points out the necessary amendments to the regulation for the implemention
of the consolidation process and the inheritance of agricultural land.
