State servants' code of ethics

Sažetak

The paper deals with ethical principles comprised in state servant’ Code of Ethics.
These principles direct state civil servants to perform their duties legally,
impartially, and professionally. The author outlines other domestic and international
codes, principles, and regulations that regulate civil servants’ behaviour.
The author suggests amendments to the Code of Ethics in view of the European
Code of Good Administrative Behaviour.
