Sažetak

The objective of the paper is a legal analysis of concession contract. The
author points out the purpose of concession contract and the fact that it is existentially and materially conditioned by the decision on concession. Then he determines the parties to the contract and the terms of signing. Special attention is given to the contract’s form and content, followed by the analysis of the possible changes of certain stipulations in the contract requested by a party to the contract or by the will of both parties. Finally, the author analyses the legal nature of concession contract– a rather topical theme in Croatia.
