Sažetak

At the beginning it was necessary to define and describe all the tasks that the technician of geodesy and geoinformatics will perform alone in the office and in the field and applicable to all requirements of their future workplace. Therefore and tasks of profession monitored through the whole, from the field data collection to presentation of the same on all media through a spatial information system, for an ever better management of the space with environmental protection. There was need to define, describe, yield a key purpose of all jobs performed by an individual at employers (labour market needs) and list of competence required for their successful performance (Image of economic sectors). The next step was to define groups of tasks, all professional operative, administrative, communication and commercial under the condition to ensure workplace, the preparation and correctness of resources for transporting people and equipment. Are defined main tasks and activities in each group of tasks. Here is possible to distinguish the connection between the EQF (European Qualifications Framework) and the NQF (National Qualifications Framework) and the CROQF (Croatian Qualifications Framework). Standard of profession is expressed with expressions appropriate to reference level of CROQF. Here you can certainly analyse how good practice (performance) looks, with detailed descriptions of tasks that are clear and logical (to match market needs). The most important part of the working group included proposals of qualification standards, activities and results elaborated by content, modules that can contain one or more unit sets of learning outcomes (denotes the smallest complete set of related learning outcomes, respectively the knowledge and skills associated with related autonomy and responsibility which a person has acquired with learning, and proves it after the learning process). Of course that you must comply all the terminology, for a profession such as geodesy, which is so specific and measurable, and has often leaded to doubts and discussions and even conflicting opinions within the working group members.
