Sažetak
The paper reviews, comments and suggestions for solutions to a number of practices the most frequently encountered problems and shortcomings fire alarm system, fire fighting system and generally in hotels and similar establishments in Croatia. We consider the functional relationship and the role of fire detection systems in relation to the stable system shutdown or fire dampers in the ventilation system, then the problem of fire detection in a restaurant kitchen, and finally the general issue of acceptance of a fire alarm in the hotel.
