Kotoriba Protocol (1769 – 1789, 1803, 1804)

Sažetak

This article provides a continued translation and commentary on Kotoriba Protocol (1724 – 1804), which refers to the period between 1769 and 1789, and the limitation of the price in 1803 and a list of cattle in 1804. In this period, a market town Kotoriba belongs to feudal possesion of Čakovec, led by the Czech counts Althan who manor administratively annexed to the Hungarian county of Zala. The first part of the translation and the article refers to the display of administrative structures and economic life in the market town Kotoriba, while the second part refers to the limitation price from 1803, determined by the Hungarian Zala County, as well as other regulations on the functioning of trade between states. Also bring the provisions on religious matters and a translation of criminals (thieves and murderers) and deserters from the army, of which a detailed physical and psychological (religion, language) description brings in the second part, from all over the Habsburg Monarchy.
