Cytisus monspessulanus L. in maquis of North Dalmatia (Croatia, Yugoslavia)

Sažetak
In this communication the author is reporting about the new habitat of the species Cytisus monspessulanus L. (= Genista candicans L. = Cy- tisus monspessulanus a umbellatus Briqu.; Fiori) in the north cape of the island Ugljan in Dalmatia. The plant is found in the composition of evergreen Mediterranean maquis of the community Orneto-Quercetum ilicis myrtetosum H-ic. Two phytocoenological records of that community have been shown above in Croatian as regards floristic composition. The new habitat of the plant is interesting in that within its rather wide areal it appears rather rarely, and particularly in the Balkan Peninsula.
