Sažetak

In this article the author presents the basis for projecting productive systems which are relevant for the cooperation of multidisciplinary teams in researching the changes in productive process. Taking into account all the necessary technical frameworks a possible sociological contribution is sketched.
The author also shows many examples in experimenting with different production layouts in different countries. A special emphasis is given to the presentation of an experiment which a multidisciplinary team is carrying out in one Yugoslav factory.
