Sažetak
The presence of serotonin has been detected in metha- nolic extracts of the embryo of Juglans regia ssp. }all ax by means of chromatographical, spectrophotometrical, spec- trophotofluorimetrical and histochemical methods. Serotonin has been present in the embryo in a quantity of 95 μg x g-1 fresh weight.
